Health and Safety Policy and Culture
At Marlborough Airport aviation safety and our safety culture are at the heart of and integral to, everything we do. This is vital for the safety of people and the commercial success of our airport. We have a non-punitive reporting culture to encourage full and frank reporting of all incidents, accidents and concerns. Our Safety Management System (SMS) seeks to proactively identify hazards and manage associated risks in an effective and forward-looking way. We pride ourselves in the way we continually improve our airport operations -, investigating incidents, analysing root causes, establish risk controls and through data analysis. We seek to encourage an active and friendly safety culture with open and honest communications throughout all Airport User Groups.
