Marlborough Airport Meeting Rooms

We have two meeting rooms available. The Marlborough Airport meeting Room has up to 10 seat capacity and the larger Woodbourne Lounge seats up to 20. Our rooms are within the terminal with views over the apron and the Wither Hills. We are 10km from the centre of Blenheim (10 to 15 minutes) so very convenient for meetings to be held in Marlborough or if you are flying in and don’t want to leave the airport.

Facilities include:

IT to TV screen via laptop or iOS device
Whiteboard and markers
Wi-fi
Air conditioning
Coffee and snacks at the CPR Café
Full catering on request

Rates:

Marlborough Airport Meeting Room - up to 10 seats

1 to 4 hours $120.00 plus GST
4 hours or more $180.00 plus GST

Woodbourne Lounge - up to 20 seats

1 to 4 hours $200.00 plus GST
4 hours or more $350.00 plus GST

Coffee and snacks are available for you to order and pay for at the Airport CPR Cafe. Alternatively if you require a catered coffee break or lunch please contact CPR on deb@cprcoffee.co.nz. Catered meetings require a minimum of 48 hours notice.
